“I had followed Emilia online for a while and everything she said resonated with me. I have been a yo-yo dieter for as long back as I can remember. I've done all the diets, and then all the diets for people who have done all the diets. I have suffered with extreme binge eating for many years.  I sent an enquiry via Instagram, filled in the form online and soon got a message from Ros. We chatted online and it became clear to me that working with both Ros and Bekka would provide me with everything I needed. A dietician and a therapist working alongside each other seemed ideal. 

The sign up process was so smooth. Both Ros and Bekka were lovely and I instantly felt at ease talking to them and, most importantly, not judged! 

As the weeks and months unfolded I learnt so much about myself. It felt like one "aha" moment after another and I gradually uncovered truths about myself and my past that I had never admitted. The therapy dug deeper than I imagined but I was never uncomfortable with any of it, it just happened so naturally. Bekka unpacked the origins, whilst Ros supported me in learning new, healthier habits. Neither of them were ever dismissive or closed off to anything I spoke about or suggested, which is something I have never had from a coach before.

What was going on in my mind began to change. I stopped bingeing, which is more of a miracle than I can explain, and I started feeling completely different about myself, my world and my life 💗 

I am now two months down the line, and I still can't believe the difference that working with Bekka and Ros has made to my world. I am genuinely happy, in a way that I honestly never knew existed. I find joy in things I didn't even notice, I appreciate every day and I love and care for myself in both my body and mind. 

There's work to do every day, but I now know how worth it that is. When things begin to slip, I can see the benefit in prioritising me and working in my physical and mental health.

I don't know if Ros and Bekka will ever know how much they have helped me more than anyone else in 30 years could ..... but it's life changing!
