You’ll get two 1-1 check ins with an ETPHD coach, even those who are full with 1-1 clients now but who keep some diary time free for work they choose to do

 

The ETPHD coaches are qualified in psychotherapy, psychology, dietetics, nutrition, PT, ADHD, somatics, neuroscience and to get 1-1 support from people like this in the real world they charge an average of £90 for an hour of their time (I just checked)

 

That’s over 9 hours of contact time of calls and written check ins and then there’s some additional magic for you

 

I’ll be sharing some exclusive ETPHD resources with you that you’ll save and keep and lean on whenever you need in future so you’ll build a self-supportive workbook that lasts much longer than the 8 week programme (we will always leave you in a better place than when you started at ETPHD - we’ve had too many people come work with us from other coaches who feel much worse than they did at the start and the collective anger we feel about that is real)
