My story begins like many others, struggling with managing my weight, bombarded by misinformation and always finding myself back at square one feeling disheartened and lost.

Through this journey of self-discovery, I found a sense of purpose sharing my struggles and new found knowledge to those who needed help and support.
I played junior international rugby for England and Ireland before making the transition into professional rugby at Worcester Warriors. During this time, I was exposed to the arena of elite level sport, sports science and strength and conditioning which ignited my passion for strength training.

This was also the point at which I was exposed to an abundance of poor nutritional practices, which led to a questionable relationship with food and my body image for the next few years.
After chronic injuries lead to a premature retirement from rugby, my weight began to fluctuate but it wasn’t until a shock diagnosis of coeliac disease in my early twenties that I cemented my passion for nutrition and evidence-based fat loss. Over the course of the next 3 years, I lost (and maintained) nearly 30kg of body fat whilst I developed a more positive relationship with food and my body.

Having gained an MSc in Nutrition and registration as an Associate Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, I have huge success as a community and private adult weight management coach. I have worked alongside industry-leading Nutritionists Martin MacDonald and Sarah Duffield as a Nutritionist at Mac-Nutrition and now work as a coach alongside Emilia and Anna to deliver holistic evidence-based coaching for fat loss, health and relationships with food.
