
Banana protein bread

A gooey low-fat alternative to traditional banana bread, to be served warm with a milky cup of tea.

Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Casein - Vanilla
- 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey - Banana
- 30g Bfit Peanut Butter Powder
- 100ml liquid egg whites
- 85g coconut flour
- 50g raw cacao nibs
- 100ml coconut milk (carton)
- 15g dried stoned dates
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C
- Add all dry ingredients in to a bowl
- Mash bananas in to a paste
- Stir in mashed bananas to dry ingredients
- Add milk slowly to bowl as you stir to create thick paste consistency
- Stir in dates and cacao nibs
- Bake in silicone mould for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean
Notes
- Depending on your macros, you may want to add additional items such as peanut butter, walnuts, almonds or white chocolate chips.
