This post has been a long time coming and to be totally honest, I’m not sure what I’ve been waiting for. Although I’ve been doing this for people for years, I’ve decided to make it official. My nutrition consultancy services are officially up and running. Whether you’re looking for a basic plan, coaching or diet and training plans, I’m at your service. I qualified as an exercise instructor 8 years ago, but of course my speciality is nutrition.
Although I’ve been focussing recently on prepping myself for competing in bikini, I’ve worked with a variety of people to improve either their daily diets and / or training. I’m a lecturer in sports nutrition, so be sure you’ll only get legitimate, research based recommendations. I’m certainly not a believer in generic plans, so please don’t expect a ‘one size fits all’ type plan. Whatever your goals, please feel free to contact me and we can work out the perfect plan to help you achieve them.
